Return and exchange rules

Please contact us within 5 days after receipt. We hope to understand the reason for return/exchange with you first and provide a suitable solution.

⚠️ Note: We will not bear any costs or shipping costs incurred by any unapproved return/exchange.

In addition, if the received goods are not what you ordered, please take pictures of the outer box/bag surface waybill and all received products for record immediately, and contact us within 3 days after receiving the goods.

When returning or exchanging the goods, please be sure to return the original packing box or bag, accessories, etc. in good condition. If the packaging of the returned goods is damaged/lost, we may not be able to handle it for you.

If any dispute arises due to return or exchange, the company reserves the right to make the final decision.
